Atlas Copco has agreed to amass National Vacuum Equipment Inc, a US producer of industrial vacuum pumps and packages for cell use on tanker vehicles.
Headquartered in Traverse City, Michigan, National Vacuum Equipment employs around 100 folks.
“The acquisition will add to our vacuum options portfolio, allowing us to enter the presently untapped mobile vacuum market,’’ mentioned Geert Follens, Atlas Copco‘s Business Area President Vacuum Technique.
