Danish marine pump specialist Svanehøj has won an order from China’s Jiangsu New Yangzi Shipbuilding to produce fuel pump systems for 15 new construct dual-fuel LNG container vessels (7000 TEU).

The 30 deepwell fuel pumps shall be delivered between August 2022 and January 2024.
เกจวัดแรงดันดิจิตอล is certainly one of Svanehøj’s largest LNG fuel-related orders to date. It can be the second LNG gas pump methods order that Jiangsu New Yangzi Shipbuilding has placed with Svanehøj within the final 12 months. In July 2021, Svanehøj signed a contract to provide deepwell pumps for 10 dual-fuel LNG container vessels (15 000 TEU).
Svanehøj quadrupled sales of its patented deepwell gas pumps in 2021, and says there are many indications that sales may improve even further in 2022.
“Until a few years ago, the usage of LNG as a marine gas was limited to LNG carriers and smaller ships. But we at the second are seeing a pointy improve in fuel pump orders for deep sea vessels corresponding to container ships and car carriers,” stated Johnny Houmann, chief gross sales officer at Svanehøj. “We were chosen as the provider of fuel pump techniques for over 50% of the dual-fuel LNG container vessels ordered globally in 2020–21. And we purpose to extend our market share further within the coming years.”
