ISIS Oil & Gas Launch Revolutionary Non-Contact Ball Valve with Non-Rising Stem

Saving house, weight and value vs traditional rising stem ball valves
ISIS Oil & Gas are happy to introduce a new and progressive valve design to the UK market.
The Tolboom non-contact steel seated ball valve is a quarter turn design (vs traditional linear rising stem). This means smaller actuators, reduced weight and lower cost for automation while delivering the identical functionality as a rising stem ball valve.
Together with the designer of the original rising stem ball valve, VS-T Valves has developed a non-contact (quarter turn) eccentric stem design with friction free operation for harsh & abrasive applications similar to coking / de-coking and processes with solids/sand current. The new valve design has already undergone many internal and independent third-party valve exams and has successfully handed API Firesafe, ISO 15848-1 & TA-Luft, Cryogenic and FE testing.
pressure gauge วัด แรง ดัน patented design will be manufactured solely by VS-T Valves in the Netherlands and turns into the first non-contact (quarter turn) ball valve design on the planet. End users are already having a high level of interest as a result of efficiency, weight, house and price advantages. References embody valves put in 2 years ago in Norway (offshore) on drawback slurry/sand applications with frequent biking – the valves are performing excellently and outperforming earlier valve designs installed.
Key Applications:
High biking service
Molecular sieve service
Sand/Slurry service
Coking and Decoking purposes
Short cycle time
High temp (up to +650degC)
EDSV and Hipps (fast opening and closing) -Double Block and Bleed -Gas Metering -Sub Sea -LNG Service
